We currently have an opportunity for a Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant to join our team. This full-time and highly varied role includes providing administrative support across all areas of the accounting business.

The Applicant and Experience
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Organised with high attention to detail;
- Experience in a similar position within a Professional Services environment – an Accounting firm highly regarded;
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail;
- Friendly pleasant nature;
- Strong written and verbal communication;
- An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team; and
- An understanding of Microsoft Office.
The Role
As our new Client Services Officer / Administration Assistant, your role will be varied as you support our clients and accountants.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support our Accountants with specialised administration support;
- Preparation and collation of documents;
- Communication with external parties – including the ATO, ASIC, audit partners, etc;
- Client on-boarding and new client engagement;
- Application for TFNs and ABNs;
- Back up reception for all front of house tasks – including reception cover, answering the phone and welcoming clients into the office as required; and
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
