PQSA operate six offices around South Australia, and we are seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our Port Lincoln team in a permanent, full-time capacity.
About The Role
- Ability to coordinate our community-based client needs through exceptional service delivery
- Provide support and advice to our team of Support Workers to facilitate a quality service
- Build effective and trusted relationships with our clients and their families, your colleagues and all other key stakeholders
- Have highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
About You
- Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Nursing (or related disciplines are desirable)
- Working knowledge of the Disability or Community Sector
- Knowledge of the NDIS is desirable
- Ability to prioritise and respond to situations with empathy and in a calm manner
- Display excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills

You will be required to have a DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to obtain the appropriate screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS requirements and must hold a current full South Australian drivers licence, and be an Australian Citizen or hold a current work visa.
