Who we are looking for
Join our Team as the Northern Client Services Coordinator! Are you a proactive leader with a passion for driving excellence in Client Services? RASA is seeking a motivated individual to lead our Northern Client Services Team. In this role, you will be establishing best practices, implementing efficient procedures, and utilizing technology systems to enhance our services, to the needs of clients, community, partners and visitors to RASA sites. If you're ready to make a positive impact in the community and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and clients, we want to hear from you!
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven experience in creating new systems through collaborative design and sophisticated stakeholder management.
- Significant experience in change management and influencing a positive culture with a team and wider stakeholders.
- Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
- Significant experience in delivering Client Services across multiple service programs within the community services industry.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Diploma (AQF Level 5) of Community Services (or equivalent)
- Diploma (AQF Level 5) in Human Services or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience leading a frontline team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical
What you will be doing
- Deliver best practices in client service from the first point of contact throughout client engagement.
- Ensure consistent client-focused practices are implemented and followed by Client Services Staff and RASA practitioners.
- Work restoratively to build relationships with teams and support a "No wrong door" approach to client enquiries.
- Identify trends with support from Client Services Staff, communicate findings to the Regional Manager and Practice Manager Frontline Services, and develop strategies to address new regional and client needs.
- Lead and innovate the team in ongoing learning in Cultural Fitness, building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and staff.
- Maintain a high standard of risk awareness and response at the first point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with RASA’s policies and procedures, including information sharing and client confidentiality.
- Participate in professional development and supervision, while also supporting, training, and developing expertise in the use of digital platforms for client service delivery and data collection.
- Coordinate the team’s workflow, set priorities, and monitor own workflow in collaboration with your People Leader, ensuring alignment with service program requirements.
- Connect with external agencies and stakeholders under the direction of the Regional Manager.
