KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Process business information and contribute to the maintenance of administrative systems to ensure the flow of information.
- Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.
- Support the use of business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving, and tracking files.
- Work and maintain regular contact with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information.
- Provide reception duties as necessary, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure queries are responded.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Fantastic communication, both written and verbal.
- Open to 3 month contract with potential to extend.
- Ability to work in office daily.
