FIND PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL GROWTH
As the WS Client Services Coordinator, you will manage and deliver effective, consistent, and professional services to Water Supply and Sewerage Services clients and customers, including the development and delivery of compliance and regulatory programs. You will also manage community engagement and educational programs, activities and events, media information requests, and website presence and development.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Provide branch input into a variety of strategic plans & documents
- Report to regulatory bodies
- Prepare a range of reports, recommendations and budgets based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Review relevant and develop new policies to ensure they meet current legislative and regulatory guidelines and framework
- Undertake project and programme management, administration, consultation and evaluation
- Implement and manage various Council policies, plans and activities, such as:
- Council’s Demand Management Plan and Drought Management Plan programs
- Water and Sewerage Customer Services Standards Survey
- Council’s Liquid Trade Waste Policy
- Water Supply and Sewerage compliance programs
- Water and Sewerage Client Services programs
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Council is looking for someone with a strong background in water and sewerage compliance programs such as Liquid Trade Waste and Backflow prevention, coupled with demonstrated skills in customer and client relationship management. You enjoy working in a policy and compliance environment, and have a passion for providing consistent, accurate and timely advice to clients, customers and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Diploma in Business Management or related discipline or experience relevant to the position
- Extensive experience in compliance programs or enforcement programs
- Demonstrated experience in project and program management
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict management skills
- Experience in managing customer and clients educational programs
We would also love if you have:
- Certificate IV Water Operations
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Communication or Marketing
