A large NSW Government department is looking for Client Service Coordinators to join their offices for a 3 month contract with high potenital to extend!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Process business information and contribute to the maintenance of administrative systems to ensure the flow of information.
Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.
Support the use of business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines, by creating, storing, retrieving, and tracking files.
Work and maintain regular contact with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information.
Provide reception duties as necessary, respond to enquiries, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure queries are responded.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Experience in a similar role.
Fantastic communication, both written and verbal.
Open to 3 month contract with potential to extend.
Ability to work in office daily.
