The Role
- Prepare and implement advice documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Attend to client queries and build relationships with clients
- Regular engagement with external providers to ensure timely processing of client applications
- Actively engage and communicate with your team to build strong working relationships.
- Take ownership of your work
- Update and maintain client records in our CRM system so that we hold accurate, current and relevant client data and meet all record keeping compliance obligations
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience supporting financial advisers
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Have a desire to be part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Xplan experience highly desired but not a necessity
