We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Manager to join our Financial Planning team. The role will involve:
- Manage workflow allocation within the Client Services Team
- Ensure members of the team meet their deadlines and targets
- Providing ongoing support to our Financial Advisers
- Assisting in the delivery of quality services to clients as needed, i.e. preparation of Review documentation, assisting with implementation etc.
- Proactively supporting all aspects of compliance and best practice
- Liaising with other facets of the Daley business to achieve great outcomes for our clients
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience within a similar Financial Services firm
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Driven to achieve results and meet targets
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Reliable and punctual
- Passionate about a long-term career in financial planning
Desirable:
- Experience using Xplan
- Financial services degree / diploma
- Ability to work full-time (part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate)
