Description: At Prestige Paramedical, we provide Medical and Paramedical services to the Life Insurance Industry exclusively. Clients are referred to us by either Financial Advisers or Insurance Companies directly. Generally, a client will be required to have a medical/blood test when applying for insurance and we provide a mobile service to attend to these clients. Our Head Office staff manage this process from end to end.
Prestige Insurance Pathology contracts Phlebotomists, Enrolled and Registered Nurses and Medical Officers. The duties below are that of Administration and Customer Service Officer;
Duties:
This role will include;
- Contacting clients to book in medicals via phone email and text message.
- Liaising with Financial Advisers about their clients via phone and email.
- Liaising with various Insurance companies via phone and email.
- Contacting Prestige Pathology’s nurses to book them into appointments and follow up results.
- Arranging some clients to attend their Own GP or a collection centre.
- Keeping a diary of appointments.
- Liaising with Pathology labs to follow up/correct results.
- Collating/checking client results and matching to file.
- Assisting other staff members with their workloads where time/workload permits.
- General office admin, answering phones, customer service and other administrative roles within the company.
