We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our dynamic team at TownsendCobain - Private Wealth Partners. Our focus is on adding real value to our clients, and we steer clear of unnecessary meetings, red tape, and bureaucracy found elsewhere. If it doesn’t contribute to our clients or team’s well-being, it's not part of our policy.
Position Function
- Support the Practice in providing advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients.
- Ensure professional and courteous service delivery to TownsendCobain - Private Wealth Partners' clients.
- Manage client engagement and oversee administration and investment processes.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Practice requirements.
Management Responsibility
- Client Engagement and Service Management.
- General support in the overall running of a boutique practice.
- Maintenance of day-to-day compliance requirements.
Principal Responsibilities
- Coordinate the new client engagement process.
- Prepare and implement Client Review functions and reporting.
- Proactively and responsively manage all client requirements.
- Process investment lodgements and insurance applications, including suspense management.
- Update reports, gather information from institutions, and assist in advice production.
- Take on special projects as required by the Practice.
- Implement Advice (SoAs, RoAs) with precision, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ensure CRM system integrity and maintain compliant and up-to-date client files.
Experience, Qualifications, and Training
- Degree qualified – preferable.
- Basic understanding/experience in financial planning, investment markets, and accounting.
- Financial planning practice administration is preferable.
- Client service management and engagement, problem-solving experience.
