We are looking for a Client Service Manager who has a passion for delivering high quality service. You will join a passionate and client focused team that supports our advisers deliver quality advice to our clients. Ideally you will have a level of financial planning administration knowledge and experience but not essential.
Within our dedicated and experienced Client Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients enjoy exceptional service and your strong relationships skills will be valuable to handle all questions that come your way.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to
- Solving client queries and actioning instructions from clients and advisers
- Responding to all correspondence within required time frames
- Liaise with fund managers, accountants and third parties
- Organise and manage adviser appointments
- Accurately prepare and lodge client documents and forms
- Update and maintain client database and portfolios including electronic filing
- Corporate action management (desirable)
- Understanding of and complying with client confidentiality and compliance requirements (desirable)
- Opening Bank, Investment, Wrap and Stockbroking Accounts
- Share Trading (buying & selling) on Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), Wrap platform trading and managed funds (desirable)
- Implementation of strategies and investments within a statement of advice or client review
