We are looking for a Client Service Officers/Broker Assistants to join our Team in Sorell.
About the Role
A highly valued member of our Hobart team, the Client Service Officer plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our Relationship Managers.
Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, this role supports general enquiries, policy renewals and new business and can expect any day to include:
- Processing new business, renewals, amendments, certificates of currency and endorsements (that's insurance talk for reviewing new applications and making changes to existing policies)
- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers
- Following up clients, both by phone and email
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners
About You
You're an administrative whiz with an interest or previous experience in insurance. You work well in a team in pursuit of common goals and are driven to be part of a high performing environment. You're known for your effective communication skills and the ability to confidently manage high volumes of work.
You're highly organised with the ability to prioritise with ease. You're results driven, comfortable using multiple systems have strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience, rapport building skills, and adaptability will have you not just succeeding in this role but loving it too!
