Duties- Providing initial advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, pertaining to the accreditation and licensing of hazardous plant and dangerous goods.
- Responsible for the workflow of industry applications and submissions, leading to the approval or refusal of licence and permit applications.
- Responsible for the data entry and quality control into various specialised information systems and registers required for the issuing of Licences, Permits and Identification Cards.
- Assist in the development of forms and documentation to support the administrative framework, including the development of educational and guidance materials.
- Liaise with and provide administrative guidance to other Government Agencies.
- Maintain accurate statistics for the production of reports for effective monitoring of industry compliance and auditing strategies.
- Provide other administrative support and functions as required.
