8 Collective Advisory are looking for a Client Service Officer with great communication skills and can contributed to our team environment. Located on the Gold Coast at Chevron Island.
The key responsibility of this role will focus on providing a high level of Client Service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO
- Working with accountants closely to identify needs of clients and match with appropriate solutions.
- Handling client admin enquiries.
- Accurate record-keeping.
- Client Onboarding Management.
- ATO portal and reporting.
- ASIC company secretarial support.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL BE
- Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent Client Service.
- Resourceful and creative with an ability to manage and simplify complex processes.
- Personable, relational and comfortable dealing with all team members.
- Able to prioritise tasks well.
