The role:
As our new Client Services Officer, you will support the Accounting Services team in delivering quality outcomes for clients. The role will report to the Administration Manager and will be accountable for the following:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients including reception duties, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Support the end-to-end administration requirements of the client files in a fast-moving environment.
- Corporate secretarial work, ATO communications and lodgements.
- Support a team of Accountants with specialised administration support.
- Onboard new clients, including but not limited to preparation of engagement letters, tracking ethical responses and setting up client groups.
- Coordinate mail and weekly workflow allocations for the accounting team appropriately using investigative skills and apply client knowledge.
- Preparation and collation of documents on behalf of Accountants.
- Preparation of collations and invoices.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as required.
