The Company:

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support the Practice Manager with daily operations, bookkeeping, data entry, and project tasks.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including banking, receipts, and debtor communications.
- Provide IT support and coordinate with external IT and software providers; assist with the "Move to Cloud" project.
- Oversee office and property maintenance, coordinating with the Property Manager and third parties.
- Maintain practice management systems, assist with policy development, and perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Prepare beverages for directors and visitors as needed & other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications & experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within an Accounting practice.
- Experience using accounting software such as MYOB AE or Xero.
- Flexible team player with a willing attitude and ability to communicate effectively with clients & stakeholders.
- Highly professional manner and presentation.
