Our client is a longstanding family run Accounting practice located in Brunswick. They offer flexible work hours, which would be perfect for someone wanting to work 4 days a week, or around School hours.
The Opportunity
They are looking for an Administrator with previous public practice experience to join their team.
Your duties may include:
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Assist with billing
- ASIC backup
- Reception break cover
- Recent work experience within an Accounting practice
- Xero and MYOB AE would be advantageous
- Previous ASIC experience would be highly regarded
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
