Front Desk
- Answer and respond to all incoming phone calls, including taking messages for the team.
- Meet and greet all visitors and clients as they enter the office, including providing refreshments.
- Respond to incoming client emails, ensuring they are forwarded to the relevant Relationship Manager.
(Don't fret, you will be trained in these areas so you can be up to speed in no time!)
- Prepare and send tax packages to for signing as required.
- Issue clients invoices through their intuitive client management app.
- Scanning and electronically profiling of client documents.
- Create and send off an array of client documents.
- Printing and binding of client documents.
- Organising catering for various events.
- Order and maintain the office supplies (including the kitchen).
- Assist with the organisation and execution of office events.
- Booking meetings for Directors as required.
- Contacting client to confirm tax details.
- Work in a vibrant, friendly, and supportive environment. Friday drinks are always on the agenda!
