Our Client is an established professional Accounting Firm based in West Perth that requires a Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. The main focus of this role is to provide a high level of Administrative support to the team to complete a number of tasks that enable the business to function effectively. This is a permanent full-time position and would suit a highly efficient and organised allrounder who enjoys taking ownership of tasks through to completion. This busy and challenging role requires a self-motivated, proactive and flexible approach, together with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.What you'll be doing:
- Workflow Planning
- Advisory Workflow Processes
- Provide a high level of Administrative support to the Advisory team
- Provide a high level of service to our clients
- Preparation of the annual Business Bundle engagements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in an accounting firm or similar role
- High level of time management skills
- Work well under pressure
- Experience with MYOB AE highly desirable
- Able to work autonomously and within the team
