AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Administrator to join a very large State Government department. You will help the community and provide support for transcription services. This will be a temporary assignment to August 2024 with possibility of an extension.
About the role:
- Act as the first point of contact when responding to transcript requests and enquiries
- Undertake the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, with high attention to detail
- Comply with administrative and operational processes, policies and procedures, and legislative guidelines
- Accurately enter and extract information from records systems and computerised databases to process transcript requests and ensure correct distribution of transcripts.
About you:
- You will have Queensland Government experience.
- Previous Data Entry experience
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You should demonstrate strong attention to detail and Actively display diligence, professionalism.
