Reporting through to the Direct Sales Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage, mentor and guide the sales team towards achieving goals working to realistic company targets
- Ensure the team builds, foster and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service via email or phone
- Follow up on sales leads to help customers who have difficulties with the online application process with inbound and outbound calls
- Oversee sales activities ensuring the day to day compliance and sales activities are met
- Uplift the team to ensure engagement remains high and help create a positive and fun working environment
- Cultivate a collaborative and results driven sales team
