We offer the successful applicant an opportunity to join a Wealth Management practice that is recognised as one of the leaders in the financial services. We pride ourselves on the provision of professional financial services and advice. Our clients are inner city professionals and high net worth individuals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry and management of client data in X-Plan
- Maintenance of all client files
- Management of inbound and outbound client correspondence
- Admin duties including scanning, mail, and filing
- General administrative support to adviser and staff.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
- Basic level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to learn and develop additional skills
- Excellent presentation with a positive, outgoing, cheerful personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with a team.
