We offer the successful applicant an opportunity to join a Wealth Management practice that is recognised as one of the leaders in the financial services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry and management of client data in X-Plan
- Maintenance of all client files
- Management of inbound and outbound client correspondence
- Admin duties including scanning, mail, and filing
- General administrative support to adviser and staff.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
- Solid communication skills – both written and verbal
- Basic level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to learn and develop additional skills
- Excellent presentation with a positive, outgoing, cheerful personality.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with a team.
