Are you a strong leader looking for your next exciting move? Here at Findex we are currently looking for someone to join our collaborative Operations team as a Client Services Lead. This role is flexible on location within Australia given our geographically disperse team.
The Client Services Lead holds a pivotal position within the organisation, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. Responsible for executing the Client Services strategy across all divisions, this role plays a central part in advancing Findex’s broader organisational strategy. By ensuring the provision of top-tier financial services and supervising the support team, the Client Services Lead drives the delivery of excellence.
What will your typical week look like?
- Spearhead the development and execution of a pioneering Client Services workforce planning strategy ensuring seamless alignment with our overarching Operating Model transformation
- Assist the Operational Efficiency portfolio and Project Management Office in implementation transformative change across Wealth Accounting Client Services, with the objective to achieve consistency across our ways of working
- Provide proactive leadership and guidance to team members through consistent coaching, constructive feedback, and targeted development and training initiatives, while focusing on leading through change
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to continuously enhance staff optimisation, conducting regular reviews of staffing to ensure optimal recruitment levels and geographical placements

You are someone with the following skills and experience...
- Demonstrated track record of leadership and people management, with a focus on overseeing medium to large teams surpassing 100 members
- Proven history of refining business processes to generate commercial advantages and elevate operational efficiency across diverse organisational domains
- Extensive experience in project and change management, adeptly steering initiatives from inception to successful completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
- Prior involvement in the Corporate or SME sector, or within Professional Services, providing valuable insights into sector-specific dynamics and challenges
