An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager or Administrator from within financial planning to join a highly regarded, sophisticated advice firm supporting the principal advisor.
Housing an exceptional team across all areas of financial services, this is an impressive regional based business and this role will be working with 1-2 advisors in the provision of the highest level of service to their clients and advisor support (including sitting in on meetings!).
As a primary point of contact to the clients, exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a broad clientele is favoured. The business uses Xplan so experience with this software is essential.
The business offers a supportive and rewarding team environment with a culture second to none and the role will office based given the need to work closely with the advisors and sit in the client meetings.

To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the required criteria includes:
- 2+ years in a Client Services/advisor support role in financial planning
- strong Xplan skills
- advanced computer skills and IT literacy
- ability to build strong rapport with clients, particularly HNW clients
- exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- commitment to an office based role (working with a fabulous team!)
- team player mentality and desire to establish strong relationship with advisor for the long term.
