We are currently seeking applications from people interested in a Full-Time Client Service Managerfor one of our high-profile University contracts based in Clayton, VIC.
About the role:
In your role as a Client Service Manager, you will hold a vital position in guaranteeing that our clients experience exceptional service, all while guiding a team of committed cleaning experts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cleaning industry, be a proactive problem solver, and possess excellent customer service and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their cleaning needs and expectations.
- Oversee a team of cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to create customised cleaning plans and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare reports and metrics to track cleaning performance and client satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Client Service management within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, customers and teams.
