Sinclair Wilson, on behalf of our non-for-profit client, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and engaging Client Services Manager.
This role will lead a team that provides services and support to our participants, allowing them to pursue their goals and maximise their independence, whilst adhering to the NDIS terms of business. This is a senior position and reports directly to the CEO.
Classification: Permanent Full-Time
Award: Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services
Qualification: Business related degree, Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
Probationary Period: Three months

Selection Capabilities:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams in the community services sector providing leadership, supervision, direction, support and management to our people and services.
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, social welfare, psychology, or a related field and/or equivalent experience in service delivery in the disability sector.
- Can demonstrate a rich working knowledge of service models and the ability to design and implement service improvement strategies within a Quality Management System.
- Proven track record in managing sustainable business streams within budget allocations and can demonstrate a well-developed commercially astute approach.
- Utilises a strengths-based approach to leading and developing people through effective leadership, supervision, coaching, direction, support and management to our people and services.
- The ability to manage a range of competing priorities in a dynamic and exciting environment.
- Well-developed consultation, negotiation and communication skills, and a demonstrated capacity to communicate policy, procedure, and service direction.
- The ability to establish, develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with government and non-government bodies, external and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated high level of knowledge/understanding of the current context within the welfare sector, particularly in relation to the NDIS, and the ability to strategies for current issues, trends and approaches that underpin the provision of services to the people we support and their families and carers.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of Disability Service Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, Ethical Practice, Cultural Diversity Statement and Occupational Health and Safety as they relate to this role.
The successful applicant will have experience within the Social, Community and Disability sector, current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/HLTAID011 or higher), and NDIS Work Check Clearance.
