Position Overview: The Operations and Client Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, and managing our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and customer service, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Build outstanding relationships with all customers and their key team members.
- Identify further opportunities within the current client base and canvas for more opportunities in Perth.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered throughout.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management and customer service, preferably within logistics/warehousing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
