Joining AirRoad Logistics as a Client Services Manager based at our Pemulwuy distribution centre, you will be the ‘face’ of AirRoad Logistics to some our leading global branded partners. Your role will focus on building professional relationships with all clients within your portfolio ensuring that client satisfaction is at the highest possible level at all times.
Your role will include:
- Working closely with our clients to understand what their needs and expectations are so that AirRoad Logistics can deliver successful outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communications and meetings
- Drive continuous improvement, together with the operation leads to provide the most efficient solutions for our clients
- Identify new business opportunities from existing clients including value add services
- Preparing presentations for client account meetings and reviews
- Manage all key functions for the accounts including: billing, reporting, contract renewals, meetings and communications, client issues, client claims and other agreed services as detailed in the client contracts
- Support National Business Relationship Manager with new business opportunities and client contracts
To be successful in this role, the following attributes are highly valued:
- Be experienced with working in a 3PL environment (desirable)
- Had previous experience in a ‘customer facing’ role
- Ability to prioritise workload, work under strict deadlines and adapt to changing timelines
- High standard of personal presentation
- Engaging personality with a “can-do” approach
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills & WMS exposure
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Hold a current NSW drivers license
