What will you do?
The Client Services Officer role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients. This is a busy, relationship-focused role which will see you working with directors, managers, and the Client Services team to coordinate services for our clients. These clients all have individual needs, you will be responsible for ensuring all clients are getting great service, when they need it, how they need it.
This means that you'll:
- Prepare, review, and lodge company annual returns using CAS360
- Prepare ASIC documentation and ensure all corporate files comply with ASIC requirements
- Attend to business name registrations and renewals
- Work with managers and directors to setup and organise documentation of new companies and trusts
- Undertake Client Service Assistant role - involving receiving client data, reviewing data received, input into electronic system, follow up where required
- Apply for tax file numbers, ABN’s, PAYG withholding, GST and any other applicable registrations
- Invoice clients and debtor management
- Database management using MYOB AE
- Provide support to the directors, managers, practice manager and assist with general administrative services.
Do you have?
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in professional practices and in particular accounting firms
- High level of attention to detail along with maintaining discretion when dealing with issues of a confidential nature
- Flexibility to perform different and varied tasks
- The ability to work under pressure and effectively manage time and prioritisation of tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of:
- BGL suite of products specifically CAS 360 corporate system and its integration with Simple Fund 360
- MYOB AE
- Word & Excel
- MYOB/CCH Portal and various cloud storage programs
