QLeave was established so that workers in industries that aren't structured to provide continuity of employment, will have the opportunity to take long service leave.  The schemes we currently administer cover the building and construction, contract cleaning and community services industries.

About the role

We are looking for multiple Client Services Officers to join our Client Services team. Conveniently located in Northgate Qld 4013, the team at QLeave operates out of well-appointed offices with free on-site parking.

You will be working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. You will also have the ability to accrue time, a standard day is 7 hours 15 minutes, anything you work over this will be accrued as banked time that you will get to take at a later date. Work from home will be an option once you are fully trained.

You will play a critical role in servicing inbound enquiries. Every call you take will be a unique experience, one driven by ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service. One moment you could be handling calls related to a worker's service credits or payments and the next you'll be discussing obligations with employers.

Don't stress about needing to know the ins and outs of our portable long service leave schemes, we will get you up to speed with this in training.  The main thing is that you are eager to learn, then can retain and relay the information correctly.

• Without a doubt, you have passion, commitment and drive to deliver exceptional and engaging customer service to our workers and employers.
• You have already worked in a customer service role and have the ability to quickly build rapport and convey empathy over the phone.
• Past experience working towards KPIs and targets would be ideal – particularly favourable if gained in a call centre environment.
• Adaptable and agile with change – change is positive and is what keeps us moving in the right direction.
• Have the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• A team player – wants to be part of a high performing team but understands that individual performance is critical.
• Proactive approach in identifying potential issues and sound problem solving skills.
