This business is a highly respected and diversified financial advisory, accounting and mortgage broking firm. They have an opening for an experienced Client Services Officer and are looking for someone who loves providing exceptional client experience and service.
The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Minimum 2 yrs client relationship/admin experience for advice firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions
- Assist Advisers with client queries
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
- Proven experience or exposure to implementation and improvement of systems and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Organised and proactive work approach
