Client Services Officer

The Opportunity 

Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity to join our Brisbane based team as a Client Services Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the administrative link between our clients and our team of dedicated field representatives.

As a Client Services Officer, you will become an integral member of a well-established, high-performing team that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role 

As the crucial link between our clients and field representatives, you will be responsible for ensuring work orders are managed end to end fostering relationships. Some of your core responsibilities will include: 

• Utilising our in-house file management database to enter client instructions and invoices.
• Liaising with field agents via telephone and email to confirm status updates and resolve issues.
• Answering incoming phone calls. 
• Providing exemplary customer service to clients, achieving optimal outcomes.
• Adhering to all contractual and compliance related service level agreements.

Ideally you will have:  

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced administrative environment (medical, legal, construction, etc.)
• An ability to deal with clients & third parties professionally and with sensitivity
• High attention to detail
• Outstanding client service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Time management, organisational & multitasking skills
• Professional, positive, and ethical attitude
