- Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the team
- Facilitation of client advice implementation and ensure appropriate processing, proactively following up on on applications and documentation
- Manage communications between all stakeholders, both internal and external, including product providers, insurers, investments, and superannuation funds;
