Client Services Officer

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support Senior Financial Advisers. You will work under a team of highly experienced premium financial advisors, providing administration, compliance and relationship management support.

Duties include:

• Client review preparation - preparing client documents for review including generating records of advice and statement of advice
• Assist in administration with the implementation of client portfolios into investment products a timely and accurate manner
• Set up of client files and embedding clients in the software
• Client account administration - administering client files in the software
• Client bookings & appointment confirmations
• Ensuring that the Client Legal & Compliance Checklist is fully completed for all clients

The Candidate

• Financial advice knowledge and understanding eg: accounting background
• Previous experience working in a small firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Analytical & detail-oriented
• Flexible, team player, self-motivated and willingness to learn
