The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support Senior Financial Advisers. You will work under a team of highly experienced premium financial advisors, providing administration, compliance and relationship management support.
Duties include:
- Client review preparation - preparing client documents for review including generating records of advice and statement of advice
- Assist in administration with the implementation of client portfolios into investment products a timely and accurate manner
- Set up of client files and embedding clients in the software
- Client account administration - administering client files in the software
- Client bookings & appointment confirmations
- Ensuring that the Client Legal & Compliance Checklist is fully completed for all clients
The Candidate
- Financial advice knowledge and understanding eg: accounting background
- Previous experience working in a small firm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Analytical & detail-oriented
- Flexible, team player, self-motivated and willingness to learn
