Due to growth this organisation is now seeking a Client Services Officer to support a team of Senior Advisers and Assistants. Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting a small team of Senior Advisers with developing strategies that meet their client's individual objectives, financial situation and needs. The role will entail helping the advisers manage clients, attend meetings complete all implementation and research as well as be the first point of contact for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all areas of customer service, administration and implementation
- Be the first point of contact for clients and assisting with customer inquiries
- Complete necessary documentations to implement SOA's
- Maintain XPLAN database
- Assist in preparing portfolios and reports
- Help with research for the advisers
- Experience working in a financial planning environment in a similar function
- Polished presentation and excellent communication skills
- Financial Planning software Xplan experience
