An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced and vibrant Client Services Administrator to join a highly regarded firm!
The successful candidate will be a strong supporter of a team environment, with a can do attitude, an eye for detail, outstanding communication skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of databases
- Collating returns & financials
- Fee preparation
- ATO correspondence
- Preparation of ATO registrations
- Formatting and compilation of documents for clients
- Scanning, emailing, filing
- Relief reception duties
- General office support duties
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
- Have experienced in processing and electronic lodgement of tax assessments
- Be familiar with ATO forms and requirements
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office
