Wealth Advisory Client Service Officer
An exciting opportunity has presented for a talented individual to join the Wealth Advisory Division of this established and reputable Chartered Accounting firm. Plenty of enthusiasm, initiative and a can-do-attitude will ensure your success in the role and the wider business/ team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a dynamic team and thrive on providing timely and efficient support.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Arranging client appointments
- Preparation of Investment Reviews and Records of Advice (RoA’s)
- Client Portfolio administration / implementation
- Liaising directly with clients and fund managers regarding portfolio issues, queries and updates
- Maintaining and managing XPlan
- Buying/selling investments directly or via broker or platform
- Collection and preparation of supporting tax return documentation for internal and external accountants
- Working closely with numerous advisors within the business
If you have experience in a similar role within a professional services environment or boutique practice, and want to work for a firm that places an emphasis on continuing education and provide regular, on-going, specialised training and development, this could be the role for you!
To be considered, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in similar role
- Experience with XPlan financial planning software
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and manage a project through to completion
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with problems
- Impeccable customer service
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Strong understanding of the financial planning process
- Enjoy a varied and busy day
