Nestled within our Broking team, our Construction and Warranty division is well known for its expertise in this specialised field. We are looking to recruit a Client Service Officer to join our East Melbourne team.
About the Role
Insurance House is a key player in the DBI /Builders’ Warranty market. A Client Service Officer supports the team in processing, administering and coordinating all DBI/Builders’ Warranty policies.
We are looking for someone to join our team! In this role, you will interact with various stakeholders while operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Offering plenty of variety and satisfaction, you can expect any day to include:
- Reviewing and processing certificate of insurance applications
- Reviewing domestic building contracts in line with insurance applications
- Processing new business invoices, including amendments and cancellations
- Responding to general enquiries, both phone and email
- Liaising with builders, brokers, government agencies
- Providing superior service and delivering a positive experience for all Insurance House clients and partners
You work well in a team in pursuit of common goals and are driven to be part of a high performing environment. You're known for your effective communication skills and the ability to manage high volumes.
You're highly organised and can prioritise with ease. You're results driven, comfortable using multiple systems, have strong emotional intelligence. Your resilience and adaptability will have you not just succeeding in this role but loving it too!
