How will you contribute to ensuring access to justice for all?
Our Class Actions practice area is the largest in Australia and we are leaders in the field. That makes us proud. We have recovered more than $3 billion for groups, individuals, shareholders and businesses that have suffered loss due to illegal behaviour by large corporations. That gives us purpose.
Bring your client-centric approach to our Class Actions team in our Sydney or Melbourne CBD office on a 6-month contract, starting immediately and learn from our humbly remarkable team.
What you will be responsible for:

• You will be the primary point of contact for all inquiries
• Handle incoming phone calls from group members, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly
• Respond to emails from group members, addressing their concerns and queries effectively
• Maintain and update administration database and records within our management system accurately
• Manage workload efficiently to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to group members.

• You actively listen to ensure that you've understood direction and grasped new information
