The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in underserved areas and capable of working autonomously and withing a dynamic team in challenging environments.Our Benefits

As a Registered Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Continuously monitor and assess patients' vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatment.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage equipment such as ventilators to stabilize and support patients in critical condition.
• Regular assessment of patients' conditions, including neurological status, respiratory status, and response to treatments.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically under pressure, analyse complex situations, and make sound decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes to patients.
• Understanding of patient safety and quality education and delivery of services in accordance with the National Patient Safety and Quality Standards, Work Health & Safety Act, and Ministry of Health risk management frameworks

What We Require From You

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settings
• Recognised Post Graduate qualification in Emergency Care Nursing and/or 2 years equivalent clinical experience in the field.
• Evidence of prior service
• Specific qualifications or Training for specialty area
• National police certificate
• A valid and up to date Ochre Card
• Up to date vaccinations
