Your Role
You will be the “Connection” Wizard working in a team of 3 other Schedulers. You will liaise with the Clients and Participants and understand exactly the type of person they are looking for. You will then use your scheduling prowess to bring it all together by linking our support staff's expertise to our client's needs. You will be working a 4 days on, 2 days off rotating roster with your teammates across mornings, evenings and weekends.
You will then obviously be spending a lot of time being hands-on with your teammates identifying where we need to increase our staff to fill all the shifts that come in.
Someone from traffic control or construction who is used to high-volume coordination of works is perfect for this role. Obviously, someone from the healthcare sector is great as well.
