Client Services Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading, fast growing, and dynamic financial planning firm with a friendly, family culture. 

You will use your exceptional staff management skills to lead our growing Client Services and Administration departments who support our growing team of advisers, and our diverse range of clients.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading a team, providing them with support and guidance to achieving their KPIs, whilst adhering to the business service delivery timeframes, ensuring our clients receive an exceptional client experience. 

The successful candidate will require strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all key stakeholders of the business.  

If you have a strong background in leading a team of support staff, preferably within financial services, then this role is for you. 

Your main responsibilities will include; 

• Monitoring and mentoring team members performance against KPIs
• Managing Workflow Pipelines and associated inboxes for the Practice.
• Generating Practice reports as required
• Team member onboarding and training responsibilities
• Leading weekly support team meetings
• Ensuring all internal processes are followed and compliance requirements are met

Skills required: 

• Proficient in the use of MS Office, with strong background using Excel. 
• People Management Experience 2-3 years
• Strong leadership skills
• ‘Can do’ attitude
• Intermediate Xplan experience 
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work autonomously. 
• Great time management skills
