St John WA is seeking a motivated, organised and customer service focused, Field Service Team Leader to join our Training and Equipment Department. This role will report to the Retail Product Manager and be responsible for the coordination of the sales/Service Team ensuring efficient and effective services to clients.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Team Leader from a sales/service environment who is able to manage and measure your team’s effectiveness and build on their existing capabilities while meeting KPI’s and targets.
This opportunity is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday, from our Belmont state office and with team members in the field/on road.
Some of the key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Coach and mentor the team relating to Sales and Service of products
- Allocation of day-to-day duties/territories evenly throughout the team
- Monitor, analyse and identify trends and team performance and address skills gaps
- Provide internal and external support with regards to sales and service customer queries
- Manage staff rosters and leave while ensuring the Kit Servicing fleet is used and maintained to its full operational capacity at all times
- Assist Retail Product Manager with reporting and operational requirements as needed
- Development and continuous improvement of standard sales and service operating procedures
- Coordinate reporting requirements for clients as required
- Increase customer base by working with the Sales Team in generating leads and opportunities from the field
- Increase revenue through field servicing and client engagement via active promotion of the St John Safe program
- Involves some regional travel/stay as required.
Skills, experiences, and attributes required:
- Experience leading and developing sales/Service Teams
- Ability to support change management and implement strategies to ensure Targets /KPIs are exceeded.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workload for excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS Office and corporate information systems.
