Based in our Canning Vale depot with opportunities to work flexibly from Balcatta and Mandurah.
As Team Leader of the Civil Engineering Operations Support Team, you will lead a team of 6 engineers to provide essential technical and design support for the operation, maintenance and construction of civil assets for WA's principal supplier of water, wastewater and drainage services.

What the role will involve:
· Leading a team of 6 Civil Engineers to provide reliability, engineering and technical expertise, advice and support to the PRFS team in asset maintenance reliability, significant asset related issues and incident management
· Prepare technical reports on civil asset performance issues and technical matters related water, wastewater and drainage assets
· Support PRFS in the review of routine maintenance to ensure all risks are quantified and risk mitigation strategies are developed, implemented and communicated across the business
· Investigate customer queries and work with Customer Service representatives to achieve best outcome
· Communicate the needs and preferences of our operational team to the technical and leadership stakeholders within Water Corporation.
Key skills and experience:
· Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering
· Substantial professional experience providing engineering advice and technical support in the design, operation and maintenance of water, wastewater and drainage assets.
· Demonstrated excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business
· Proven ability to influence teams to resolve challenges and achieve desired outcomes
· Experience in the investigation and analysis of complex Civil Engineering problems and producing technical reports
· Substantial professional engineering experience in supporting teams in evaluating and resolving construction/constructability and technical issues.
