Global investment bank
The main responsibility is addressing client inquiries and overseeing interactions to meet their needs. This role ensures top-notch service for both current and new Investor clients while also assisting the existing client base.
Responsibilities:
Provide strong internal support to the Business.
Interacting with clients and the Business to obtain KYC and regulatory information/documentation.
Adhere to a strong control environment that manages and minimises inherent operational risk, whilst providing excellent client service.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Manage relevant external stakeholders including service providers and vendors as required.
Produce key management information regarding all aspects of client on boarding.
Engage in cross-training and ensuring all team members are educated on new processes, industry initiatives.
Experience required:
1 -2 years previous experience in client reporting or Client Services services role preferable
Undergraduate degree
Emphasises strong customer focus, organisational prowess, and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience with SalesForce, or similar tools
Showcases flexibility in dynamic, uncertain settings, collaborating with various business partners and managing a range of responsibilities.
