Responsibilities:
- Create stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development
- Communicate positively and openly with children
- Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development
- Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times
- Respond to the emotional needs of the children
- Maintain up to date records for each child within the group
- Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education with prior experience in a similar role
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or Teaching Accreditation
- Current First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Fully Covid Vaccinated and willing to take booster.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of EYLF and NQF
- Competent in all areas of Child Care compliance, legislation, and WH&S
- High level of professionalism and communication with families and co-workers
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
