This role is designed to provide ongoing support to our customers and Strata Managers with plenty of opportunities to further your career.
Experience in body corporate administration, property management, or conveyancing administration is highly regarded but not essential as you will receive on-the-job training.

The Role Includes:
- Providing high-level phone support and handling general client queries
- Administering payment plans and conducting document searches
- Procuring certificates and preparing folders
- Managing email distribution, data entry, and following up outstanding records
- Archiving, filing, and processing mail
- Performing general office administration tasks to support the business
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience in body corporate administration
- Have experience in customer service roles
- Have high attention to detail
- Enjoy variety in their day
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a confident and friendly phone manner
