Job description

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join this leading Accounting Firm based in East Brisbane, some experience in working in this capacity in an accounting firm preferred but not essential. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Administration support
  • Supporting Directors and Management as required
  • Preparation of presentations and reporting
  • Back up reception
  • Invoicing/accounts support
  • Supporting marketing
  • General office support
Required experience / qualifications:
  • Great team player
  • Great problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and can multitask
  • Can work autonomously when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
