We're seeking an experienced Pre-Site Client Specialist to serve as the primary contact for our clients. If you possess outstanding client service and communication abilities, this role is perfect for you.
You will be required to oversee all colour choices and handle administrative duties during the Pre-Construction Phase.
Role:
- Independently address any inconsistencies in documentation within the office.
- Keep clients informed promptly and maintain the accuracy of the database.
- Coordinate with suppliers and trades to uphold the quality of showroom offerings.
- Manage all pre-construction administrative tasks.
- Supervise reporting and maintain document accuracy across the board.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with Onsite Companion and Client Manager
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Have great communication skills as well as top tier negotiation skills
- Efficiency to hit required KPIs
- 75k - 95k + Super
- Luxury and Modern Gold Coast office
