About the role
Over and above the normal administration tasks and computer/paperwork, this role requires a high level of client communication and would suit someone that not only is exceptionally proficient with administration, but also has customer service experience and is proactive in delivering outcomes.
And while, yes, this role includes systems and procedures (and the directors are always close at hand to help, provide guidance and assist in decision making), there is room to put your own stamp on things, too!
This position reports directly to the company's directors.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for
- Client administration activities including on-boarding and implementation;
- Compilation of detailed correspondence and reporting;
- Maintaining client files;
- Managing and completing client related tasks;
- Gathering financial information of clients;
- Project management with external stakeholders and third party providers;
- Must be able to type minimum 60/WPM;
- General office housekeeping.
This role will evolve as you do in the firm, however, the above is the foundation of the position.
